0033 sequence number (Probably how many built that day)

so its a 1970 any idea what it came out of

There should be a partial VIN on the raised pad also. About all that it will tell is the plant the car came from. Can you tell which position the shifter was mounted on the tail shaft? Front mount would be B-body, rear E-body.
