I'm wondering if anyone can find the history of my 73 challenger 340 ,
I bought it in 1987 can't remember his name and never asked any history. I was only 17 then and now I'm going on 50. I lost my brodcast sheets and cut out my inner fenders w/tags all gone now days.
Can new fender tags be made from the VIN? Thanks,
Gene

Fender tags can be reproduced but usually the broadcast sheet is necessary as it contains the DNA of your car. It is used to understand what options and standard equipment were added to your specific car and that information makes it on to the fender tag. That's not to say that a tag can't be made without it but there would need to be some sort of documentation of what came with your car from the start. I would contact MMC Detroit to see what your options are but I'm guessing they will want the broadcast sheet. www.mmcdetroit.com Good luck...

What state did you buy the car in? Post a pic. Someone may recognize the car.
