Hood Shipping long distance

Hoping for some good advise, I'm trying to ship a hood from Texas to Boston. I tried greyhound but it is just beyond the size limit. Looking for other options from anyone that has been thru this. thanks in advance.....

try fastenal. They will ship store to store if it straps to a pallet. Not sure about the size though.

I bought a fiberglass hood for my car and it was sent via semi truck to my work place. It was well wrapped in A heavy cardboard shipper and it arrived in perfect condition. You may want to check with a few local body
shops and see if they will save a large cardboard shipper if they get one. Just my two cents. We got a rally hood for my buddy's 73 from AMD that way.
