How do I get these knobs off?

I’m disassembling my 72 Challenger’s dash and can’t figure out how to pull off the two knobs that change the clock and trip odometer. It looks like they need to be off to remove the gauge faceplate.

Tiny standard screws in the center. You need those jewelers screwdrivers. And don’t lose the screws they are not easy to replace.

Man, thanks for the reply. I’ve got a set of those screwdrivers. It’s hard to see inside there in the car so I thought to ask before I messed them up.

Hold a small magnet by the end when removing. the magnet will catch it before you even see it go.🤬 After you see what it cost to replace.:mad:

Hold the adjusting knob firmly while unscrewing the barrel nut, so you are not pushing against the dash and gauges.
