Hi All, Thanks for the help in advance.

I'm trying to figure out what the smaller stamped numbers on the buckles mean. (I'm not looking for tag or large buckle #s decoding. I have that info. Please see photos.)

What do the small stamped numbers on these American Safety buckles mean? E.g.: T2 86, T3 125, 82 03 - They are all early 70s buckles, meaning they were made in mid 69 at some point according to the web tags.

I'm sending these belts out to be restored, and I'd like to be absolutely sure the date coding is correct. All help is appreciated.
