Identify Parts

I have a set of brackets that were given to me during when I acquired my 1970 Barracuda Vert. These parts may not be specific to 1970. Can anyone identify what they are? They appear to be mounting brackets, maybe frame/ suspension?

They are F-M body (i.e. Diplomat cop car)
rear sway bar brackets.
I say cop car as I don't think any other Aspen,Volare, Diplomat, 5th Ave etc. came with a rear bar.
