Inspection covers

The 2 inspection covers on the inner fender for the front end alignment I know the inside color of them is black but what color is the other side where they mount with the 2 screws are they also black or body color ? I want to put them back in tomorrow and don't wanna do it twice.

Usually the outside has some undercoating/sound deadener over spray on them. At least my 70 Challenger and 71 Barracuda have over spray.
