If somebody has a picture of the correct jack assembly and spare tire installed I would greatly appreciate it. Also of any of the fixtures that the jack fits into in the trunk. Thank you!

It should be on the trunk lid.

As noted, the trunk decal shows the placement of the items. Here are a couple of pictures too. Note that my inflator canister is a service replacement, not original, and the space save spare tire looks the part, but it is actually out of a Ford Granada. My original had been inflated, used, and almost worn out. Also, I added the washer under the wing nut.

Thank you sirs!
Here's the spare and canister in my 71 Challenger convertible. It's what the car had in it when I bought it in 1972. My canister is not the red one. Not sure what years came with what canister.

You didn't specify what year car or what wheel size it had originally, but I looked up some of your posts and it appears that you may be looking for the right setup for a 72 340 car? If so it will be the hollow tube type jack for slotted bumpers without a separate jack hook, and a black 14 x 5.5" rim with a Goodyear tire. Full size, probably an F70x14 Polyglas, and not a collapsible space saver. The above pics with the solid post jack are correct for 70 and some 71 cars, and the collapsible space saver spares with the inflator bottles were used on cars with 15" wheels or convertibles for the most part. The 72-74 e-body cars all had 14" wheels originally.

Thank you for the great info, you are correct it is a 72 340 Rallye. I have the jack and base plate but that is all. The quarters were all done so the mounting brackets are long gone. I see the parts I need to order and thankfully the are available at National Moparts. After 9 years I am very close to being done, jack and trunk details, exhaust and some rear valance issues still to resolve. Just waiting for snow to clear to get it to the exhaust shop.
