I have a brass Kelsey Hayes proportioning valve and metering block which I believe is correct for 1970-71 cars with front discs and rear drums. It needs a rebuild and it is all there. It appears someone media blasted the brackets at some point. I lightly brushed the brass so the stamped ID marks would be more visible. Some elbow grease and a $15 seal kit will make this an economical way to do the job. I am asking $25 plus shipping.
