Can anyone recommend somone in the in the Washington/Baltimore Metro area to work on my 71 Challenger. Having issues with cold start, doesn't appear to be getting enough spark and once its started runs and starts fine. New issue, I think my voltage limiter went bad because my small gauges are going crazy on the rallye dash.

What do you mean by going crazy? Do you know whether you have an original style voltage limiter feeding your gauges or is it possibly a newer solid state one like the RTE limiter?
