I am looking for a mini starter to save weight and more power than stock. For a 340/383/440. Nothing crazy just for street cruising. Any recommendations would be helpful thanks

I just use the cheapest rebuilt one I can find on ebay. I've spent anywhere between $35 and $60 and have never had issues. There are two versions, one having a slightly bigger motor and more torque.

Just be careful you don't get the one with the dumb plug-in connector. That style was used on trucks in the late 90s. You want the one with two terminal studs/nuts.
