Mystery body bumper for 72 cuda

I'm finishing up my body bumper install on my 72 cuda and I don't know where this little fella goes. Please see attached picture. Thanks ahead of time

It's 98% complete. I'm only a few days away from running it for the first time in almost five decades.

That bumper is also used on the parking brake assy, to cushion the pedal on release.
