I need casting # 2951865 driver side exhaust manifold, mine has developed a crack or 2. I'll add a preferred date but I probably won't get to picky as long as its a nice piece. Will consider a set if that's all you have.
thanks FEBO!

Leo is on the right track. Just grab some nickel rod and weld it up.

Thanks guys, if I don't have success finding a replacement I may but welding cast iron is not ideal.

Not ideal in so far as you welding it or in general? Send it to me I can weld it, just pay the shipping.

Thanks Ray, that's a hell of an offer! I am currently dealing with my Imperial, let me get that back on the road and I may just take you up on that. Here's the culprit, look like it'd be a problem? How badly will the repair stand out? It's an original to the car but I'd just as soon replace it if it'll be something that'll jump out at me when I open the hood.

I've fixed worse. Getting it clean first is the key. Grease and welds don't mix. A die grinder and a little massage work, will clean it up.
