Need help identifying wiring parts

Bought a new brake light wiring harness. Can't get the lights to work. The picture is of a wire that has a fuse. Is it even an E body wire? 2nd picture?? Is it a dash, or hood light? E bod

That doesn't look familiar for an E body. One clue is on the second picture. Are you able to read the number markings on the wire? Some times that was the part number printed on the wire instead of a paper part number tag. Let us know what you find.
