Good Afternoon;
My name is Bob Ashton. I am a former Show Manager from Championship Auto Shows, Inc, (the Autorama/World of Wheels people) and now am involved with a new venture.
Although I currently own a 390 powered 73 Hornet (mild custom), I have had a wide variety of B-Bodies and E-bodies in my garage, including a 69 440 GTX and a recently sold Super Bee inspired 383 Coronet Wagon, along with a 70 Challenger R/T Convertible, a 340 70 Cuda and a 71 Challenger 318. My ultimate car is a 70 Runner Convertible, which I will have in my garage someday. Would certainly like to have another E-Body in the fleet someday also.
I have been a "lurker" for some time now, and I am a long time midway vendor at the Mopar Nationals (Auto Know) and sponsor of the Mopar Nationals Model Car Contest for something like 13 years now.
I want to let everyone know about the new all indoor Muscle Car show that is launching in Chicago November 21-22, but wanted to introduce myself first.
Thanks;
Bob Ashton
