I’m dropping in as a new member from New York. I’ve searched for parts here in the past and even bought some but now I’m in need of help locating a few remaining parts.
I’m restoring my 1970 440-6 R/T SE automatic on the column. Still has the original PND21 indicator on top of the steering column. Car went through several different trans configurations over the years and has 4 spd pedals still in the car. The front floor pan shifter tunnel is all carved up from the 4spd shifter and even more holes from the later aftermarket auto floor shifter(s) and associated cables and rods. My goal is to restore back to auto on the column as it came from factory with its SE interior with black bucket seats non consol. Below is a picture of floor if someone has a rust free patch I can section in? Rather stay Mopar or I must decide between Goodmark or Dynacorn. AMD doesn’t have correct drain hole ribs for an early 1970.
1970 440-6 R/T SE auto on column
FYI Top Banana yellow
V9Y strip yellow transverse sport. (Yellow stripe on yellow car?)
Black bucket seat non-consol.
I’m looking for NOS but will also consider rust free original:
NOS right inner fender for an early 1970 (without the notch) 3404406
NOS front floor pan with correct drain hole ribs for a 1970 2963035
NOS trunk extensions (drop downs) 3616706 / 3616707
NOS both rear outer wheelhouse (Not sure if I need inner yet) 2963160 / 2963161
Original rust free roof panel 2963297 (I hear AMD roof panels are fine. Any experiences with them?)
Parts I have to trade for what I need:
NOS 1970/71 Cuda trunk floor pan 2963038
NOS 1970 Cuda right/left trunk extensions (drop downs) 3616528 / 3616529
NOS 70 Cuda taillight panel 2808142
NOS 1967 - 69 Barracuda right/passenger side door 2769856
I attend Carlisle PA car shows in Spring, Chrysler and Fall past 24 years. I can help with spaces if needed.
I also have a 69 hemi RR 4 speed and could use rust free or NOS front floor pan for that also.
Any help and/or advise is greatly appreciated.
Even a good picture of what this original section should look like would help.
