Which style oil breather is factory equipment for a ‘71 Hemi, 1 vs 3 port?

Or when would a 1 port be used vs a 3 port?

On cars with ECS (Evaporative Control System) aka CAS (Cleaner Air System) the 3-vent cleaner was used. The main one still goes to the air cleaner. But the other two go to carburetor vacuum and fuel tank separator. On cars without this system, the one-vent was used.

Would all car ‘70 up be equipped standard with the ECS? Or just say California cars only?

Thank you for the offer, I have both variations at the moment. Unless the 3 port I have doesn’t work I’ll reach out :)
