Original rechromed. All the re-pops I have seen are bolt in.

Yes they did.
You can clearly see the notch for the clip on the top hole in the first picture. The bottom hole was likely added at some point. It is not an bolt in shifter.

Yes, I think someone drilled a 2nd hole to bolt into later E-Bodies..
