I bought this set of Procomp offset rockers with intent of putting them on some Victor heads that I didn't have yet. It ends up I bought a set of heads from someone that threw in the rockers, so I don't need these. They are new in box, never installed and include all the shafts, billet hold downs, shafts and spacers.
I forgot to add in my original post they are big block, 1.6 ratio.
I'm selling them for what I have in them. $200 plus shipping.
Parts are located in Toledo, Ohio
