near my back window on the pass side i got a bracket , it is not on drivers side . what’s it for or do ?

i have one more question, what did the factory do with these tabs on the inner to outer wheelhouses?

It's called a 1/4 window up stop bracket.

i should clarify my #2 question, did the factory leave the tabs as shown , bend them over? i can’t recall ….

Those tabs with the hole were left alone, not bent over.
