Radiator Paint

Hi All,
Im getting ready to install my recored radiator in the cuda and want to paint the radiator the correct color black. What was the correct color from the factory Gloss black, Semi gloss or flat black?

You should use radiator spray paint. It's suppose to be specially formulated to block heat from the engine. It's usually flat black. Not sure what the factory used? Either semi or flat. Maybe another member can tell you.

Im going to buy it from Eastwood but didn't know if it was gloss or satin.

Only apply a very thin coat, thick paint will act as insulation and effect the radiator's ability to dissipate heat the tanks are not critical but only a thin coat on the core.
