Bought a Rallye light bar to restore for dad's Cuda and the lenses needed some loving... so I decided to make some sets... First picture has the dark blue, teal and then I have a green... the factory lenses are the 4th ones down in the first picture... the factory lenses are 1/16 inch and the ones I have are 1/8... I have tested rivets with mine and and they haven't cracked yet.

Pictures 2/3 show the blue next to the factory lens with shop lights on and off
Pirctures 4/5 show the teal next to the factory lens with shop lights on and off
Pictures 6/7 show the green next to the factory lens with shop lights on and off

Lets call it25 bucks shipped to the lower 48...

Excellent, way to go for coming up with a badly needed product.
What size rivets did you use and were they the semi-tubular type?
I believe I used 3/32 (or 1/8) when I replaced mine with ones that were available a long time ago,

I tested it with aluminum 1/8 pop rivets... figured if they hold with that... the tubular rivets wouldnt be bad for them at all
