I will need to do a little more research, but the date codes on the tires are 2321, 2121 x(2), and 2721

OK, I figured out what the wheels, trim rings, center caps and the tires cost, plus mounting and balancing. The cost for all this will be in the $1500 range (minimum), so I'm pricing them at $1000.
