For sale is my 1970 Challenger T/A project (This is a real JH23J0Bxxxxxx vin T/A).
This is a rock solid Texas car (very little rust). I have a clear title and both fender tags, but no build sheet. This car is a roller that is ready to be restored. I do have most of the parts to put this car back together. The (non-original) 1970 340" engine and 4-speed trans are removed, and are included with the car.
BODY:
Original Alpine White body, with black stripes and hood. The frame is in very good condition. Torque boxes in all 4 corners. "Coin" is present on the k-frame. Trunk floor is decent. Fenders are excellent. Doors are solid, driver side rear 1/4 is good, passenger side rear 1/4 has some rust behind the tire. Interior floors are good, except below the pedals (I have the patch for this). Hood is an aftermarket T/A copy. Excellent grill, new turn signal lenses, nice tail lights, etc. All glass is present, but windshield needs replaced. Stainless trim and bumpers have been removed, but are included.
INTERIOR: (Black)
The seats have new Legendary skins. New carpet. Nice door and rear panels. Needs new dash pad and headliner. Nice Rallye gauges, with 8k tach. This is a non-console 4-speed car. 4-speed pedals are still in place.
DRIVETRAIN:
The original drivetrain was missing when I bought this car, but I have a correct 1970 date coded 340" engine (needs rebuilt) with "X" heads and an original 6-pack intake, with correct date coded carbs (freshly rebuilt). 6-pack air cleaner assembly. I also have a 4-speed set up with New pistol-grip shifter, shifter rods, bell housing, flywheel, Z-bar, etc. 8-3/4" rear end with 3:55 "Sure-Grip" posi. Front disc brakes. Also included are a set of 15" Mopar Rallye wheels.
Asking $23k.
PM me here if you have any questions.
Thanks, Jeff.
