Rear quarter window off track

Can someone tell me if the rear seat and threshold have to come out to get the side panel off to fix the window onto the track? Is there a tip for getting the crank off? Is this a big job? I have my first cruise of the year tonight and dont have time now to fool with it. Any advise or technical help would be appreciated, thanks Walt

I have a roll bar and it has to come out if the seats have to come out......
