I normally have rebuilt sets in stock for 1967-1978 A-body, 1962-1965 B-body, 1967-1970 B-body, 1971-1973 B-body, and 1970-1974 E-body.
All wearable moving parts replaced with new, US made parts.
Not a pin and bushing kit.
The typical process is :
Complete disassembly, bead blast and inspect for broken, cracked or otherwise damage parts
Minor problems repaired if possible
Lower hinge detent rollers and pins removed
New roller pins and washers welded to hinge body
Lower hinge pin holes bored and reamed to fit custom, oversized pivot pins
Primed with Rust-oleum Auto motive primer, compatible with enamel or lacquer
Reassembled with new, dry lubed upper bushings and pins
New dry lubed lower pivot pins and Torsion spring ( S )
All threaded holes chased with a tap
Install instruction reprint from Factory manual
