Just contacted San Diego Classic & Muscle Cars to resolve my claim through the BBB on the Sport Fury
they totally misrepresented to me & was more or less told to "have a nice day" to put it nicely.
Joe Petralia & Jay Weinberg, the owner, are in breach of contract as they didn't deliver what they represented
but they don't give a damn. I asked them to unwind the sale, return my money & resell it accurately but they
just don't care & don't back what they sell or say.
I need to take further measures here, contact the California Attorney General for one, & I'm open to suggestions
or legal assistance to get justice here. I'm prepared to spend money to stop these hustlers from getting away
with these faudulent sales that leave good faith buyers screwed.

Got no dog in this fight... but if you're going to come here and make accusations being specific would help. What claims were made? What claims didn't they live up to? etc...

Absolutely! What happened? Try not to use Business or individuals actual names on this site as we have no idea who you are talking about and you probably need to find a different type of forum to persue this situation. Good luck on your situation and you are welcome back as long it is not about any legal problems with someone else.

Fair enough, here is the backgroud with their quotes on their listing
& then what I received.

1968 Plymouth Sport Fury convertible,"one repaint in original B-5 Blue"..... original color-turquoise.
"It's a true survivor, solid car, no rust issues, floors and trunk
original.....both rocker panels rusted out on underside, lower rear
quarters redone with fiberglass & bondo packed over 1" thick on lower
trunk extensions or what was left of them, floor pan has 3 good size patches on both sides, paint cracking along lower area of car from bondo repairs.
"All trim & chrome is original and good" "needs nothing".......
pot metal pieces badly pitted, stainless trim has numerous dings,
bumpers peeling, dull & covered with a scraping like finish, bucket seat trim either broken or missing.
"Car drives like new, everything works as it should"....I have a grocery list here.
A true survivor that needs nothing???

Good faith buyers need to be warned these sellers are depective & just don't give a damn!

Put your pic into a JPG and it'll come out better.

Caveat emptor, always buyer beware. This is a good example why you should never buy anything sight unseen. Restored means different things to different people. It is always better to look at something with your own eyes if possible, or even pay someone to inspect it before you lay your money down. Always get Genuine ID and always get it in writing with a witness. Or save your money and walk away. IMO
