Six-way Seat Frame Restoration

Following on from my recent WTB thread, i have now found & purchased a six-way seat frame, but need to restore it. The info seems to be very limited on how these parts all fit together, so I’m hoping some of you very knowledgeable folks can help!
I have the underfloor strengthening plates/stud plates that go through the floor pan, which seems quite straightforward. There also appears to be two other plates that attach to the seat runners (not sure how?) and a seat retainer clip that I have no idea about?! (I’m using the ECS website as reference here). Also where can I get the necessary springs, wires, clips, etc to make it all work?
