TA or AAR steel wheels with trim rings?

Did any TA's or AAR's come with steel wheels, hub caps. I came across a obscure post on a TA that said the TA with steel wheels and hub caps came with the trim rings. 15 in. I just like the looks.

T/As came standard with 15X7 plain steel wheels (part 2944450), brushed trim rings, and small hub caps. Rallyes we’re an option. AAR’s came standard with 15X7 rallyes and the 2944450 plain steel wheels were NOT an option.
