I believe this to be a '71 vintage tuff wheel. P/N 3467837
I bought the wheel in good but used condition years ago and sent it off for a leather rewrap and stitch about 10 years back. It was $500 then for the rewrap not counting the wheel purchase.
The workmanship on the rewrap is outstanding. See all photos
The wheel center itself has some indent marks and scratches that were there when I bought it. The wrap man and I agreed to leave the wheel center original as-is rather than sand it and risk an uneven result.
A horn button for repop type Grant/GT Performance wheel is included.
To install a tuff wheel you will need a column mount kit and horn button kit if you don't have them on your column now.
