Underskirt?

Hello all!

Can some one please tell me what this is called and where I can get another one. This one is mounted under the frame just behind the driver side Tire. There seems to be holes on the passenger side in the same place but the underskirt? Is not there. Thanks

Splash shield.

Thank you. So I guess it's only on the driver side to protect the starter?

That is exactly right. Starter shield. nothing on the passenger side except for the small splash shield on the K frame near the strut rods.
