Unknown brackets

Another sunday morning playing with the challenger, going through the box of parts that were sent with my car, where/what are these brackets for? I cannot find them in any documentation I currently have

Not mopar but look to be valance or fender braces.

I agree .. my first thought was fender braces

I believe fender braces. I have seen them somewhere.
