Upper door hinges

Are e body upper door hinges identical left and right side? The reason I ask is that the upper left hinge on my Challenger has a "P" stamped on it. Thanks.

They are almost identical. If they are original the pin head is on the top of the hinge.
They are slightly different though. The P means nothing, most of them have the P on them.
The part of the hinge (the small parts with 2 bolt holes that bolts to the door ) is flat on one edge. This is the top. It is used to have a flat surface to "tap on" when adjusting the hinge to the door fit.
