Hello, I am currently searching for my first E Body, and my favourite car is a 1970 Challenger. I'm looking for a project car preferably because I would appreciate the car even more if I did it myself so if you have one for sale or know of one that is available please send me a PM or email me at rexwhiteway@live.com
Thanks for your time.

- Rex

I've been trying to get a hold of people but either they don't respond, sell the car, or are a bit to far out of my price range.

I have seen a few R/T's that need restored go in that range. The trick is to wait and buy the most valuable car, when restored, you can afford now. When you find one, post it up. People here will let you know if it is a good deal or not.

Thanks, It's just so tough to find one for a decent price in Canada... Everyone gets a fat head when it comes to Mopars here.

It's that way everywhere. You just have to have cash waiting and move on the right car. With patience you will find a good car. Just don't be too hasty and get a bad deal. I wish you luck in your search.

Try for it only if you are willing to spend a lot to redo it or if you are willing to weld it up and restore it. It is a real project. I would request far more pics than what is posted. I have seen a rusty fire wall be anything from a rust hole to no firewall. Everything it seems to need is available in reproduction parts. Just be cautious on it. Make sure you want to bite off a large chunk like this one. I wasn't thinking about it too much when I posted it for you. I have done many ebodies and it does not seem as bad as it would if I had not done a lot of them. I don't want to get you in over your head.

We posted at the same time. It is worth $10,000 if the buyer redoes the car himself. You can easily spend $15,000 to make it decent. $25,000 buys a decent 383 car. At $10,000 to purchase it, someone may not loose money on the car if they were to resell it done.

He does not have a reserve. It will be interesting to see what it goes for. It will be tough to find a 70 in your price range that does not need a lot of work. You can find a 72-74 in that price range that is decent.

That would be a nice car done. It is an A66 package car. From what I see it was lime green with white interior, white vinyl top, white bumblebee stripe, and R/T style hood. If you were in Florida I would be after it. That would be a sweet daily.
