Since it is hot and kinda humid here in Southeastern Arizona, when grilling tri-tip, a 22 ounce strawberry margarita certainly helps!

More Mopar power to you!

In the mornings during monsoon season we get between 87% and 98% humidity. The other nine months of the year we get between 40% and 8% humidity! Yes, single digits is common! It's why Tucson has the mothball fleet at David Monthan Airport/field. I'm one of those Weber charcoal purist! And margaritas made with frozen strawberries is hard to beat in the desert heat! 😀

Yeah, I've seen those mothballed fleets down there before and you have all those dry cars and salvage yards. Agree with you on the Weber grills.

Both the tri-tip and the margarita tasted very good!

Another 100+ degree day here. Pina Colada is sounding good! 😀

I can say that Xcudame has gotten a lot of use out that grill, and I've had the pleasure of getting to sample some of his grilling! Good stuff!

I'm trying to remember, I believe my Weber grill is 32 or 33 years old. Well seasoned for sure! I have a newer one, but just don't like it as well. Newer one gets used just at parties when extra grill space is needed.
