What do these numbers mean on the bottom of the seats. What is the break down of the tag that is attached to the bottom of the drivers and rear seat. i want to know if they are original to the car.

I think he's refering to the tin tags with embossed numbers on them. There is no info on them that will connect them absolutely to your car, probably just a part # and maybe a date code.
