What is a 72 340 4 speed Cuda worth?

This guy is selling a 72 Cuda, original 340 4 speed car without the numbers matching motor. Comes with a 69 block 340, rebuilt, original trans rebuilt. It needs to be reassembled. He said it will need new fenders and the rear window. Rest of the car is there. Front buckets have been reupholstered, new floors, quarter panels, trunk and trunk extension done as well.
