I just bought a 70 R/T and went to buy some tires and rally wheels but am a bit confused. Seems everybody is running 15 x 7 but the guy from kelsey tire says the correct way is with a 14" wheel. If somebody could post a pic of their car with 15" or just advise it would help. Thanks

A little confused...are you going with a "factory correct" style of tire/wheel replacement? Or are you looking for specifically the 15x7 combo for your ride? If you told him that you wanted what was on the car originally then I can see him wanting to steer you more for a 14x6 replacement, but if you specifically asked for a combo you wanted in a specific size why is he trying to sell you something different?
According to challengerspec.com 14x5.5(6) and 15x7 rallyes were both available and both optional. If you're talking about the Magnum 500 only the 14X5.5(6) were available.

They came with both 14s and 15s. Both will fit fine. A lot of people also run 15x7s in the front and 15x8s in the back.

Thanks guys. I am leaning toward the 15x7 rally wheels. I have been told they look better and fill the wheelwell. I have seen cars with the f60-15 polyglas tires and that also seems to fit well.
