Where is the engine and trans VIN stamp on my 74 Cuda?

I was told my 74 Cuda has the original 360 engine and trans but I never checked it out. Can someone enlighten me as to where I can find these and are they visible with the engine/trans still in the car?

You have to get underneath to see them, Both are on passenger side. On the engine it's on a machined surface at the bottom of the block under the engine mount and just above the oil pan and on the trans on an obvious machined pad. You'll see them both from the same vantage point.
