Wiper arm and seatbelt interchangeabilty

Hello

I'm almost done with my 74 Cuda clone project and two things I need to find are RH and LH windshield wiper arms and a pair of front seat belts.
Does anybody know if those items are interchangeable with other Mopars besides E bodies?
That would make it much easier to find some for sale.

The E-body wiper arms are not interchangeable with others. You can buy new ones.
