On my 70 Barracuda, When I removed the SS molding around the windshield I noticed the wiper arm had scraped large scratches in the molding. The windshield is badley scratched also. I noticed the wiper arms were bent. Are the arms supposed to be straight? I think the previous owner bent them since the arm was scraping the windshield. I think the arms were also bent because the aftermarket wipers made out plastic have a lot of slop and cause the wiper arm to scrape the windshield. Thanks

I have a pair of good factory wiper arms that I do not use on my car. ( I don’t install them on purpose). I’d be glad to send you a pic of them if you want to see the angle. Don’t think they are bent or bowed from the factory. Just let me know.

If you can send me a photo of the wiper arms, that would be great. Thanks

AS I recall Trico has a classic series low profile that fits under the hood you can try Roseville Moparts or Rock Auto
