Anyone have experience with wiring the Dakota digital brainbox? I have it pretty much complete, other than the lights and turn signals. Not sure how to add these in. Would i just locate each turn signals wire coming from the column and splice in? Same with the high beams?
the directions that come with these things are poor and not specific enough.

all the lights should work as before with your original you willneed to wiring harness, if i remember correctly use the speedometer adapter for the transmission. your lights should work as before but the indicator lights will need a separate wire from the turn signal wires and for the parking brake to the brainbox. also wire the oil and water sensor to the brainbox. my situation was a little different because I completely rewired my challenger with an american wire harness.

I got all the easy stuff wired to the brain box. I just wasn’t sure about the turn signals. I installed a new MH dash harness, so i have my old dash harness that i have been unwinding so i can trace wires and learn how this all comes together. It’s actually kind of interesting. I wish i had more confidence in wiring. So i think i can just take the wire that runs to the turn signals dash bulb and extend it to the brainbox. Same with the brake light. Sound right?
