I'm not a rocket scientist. But I always knew better.
How many cities can afford this.
Being in the service. The training would dictate to 86 it, heave over the side and give it the float test. If it sank it was no good. If it floated ??? Is it a witch?
Like there not going to TAX it into oblivion. So get onto the band wagon. RIGHT!
