I need help finding a door lock part. I don't even know what the name of the part is. I have the Chrome door lock lever and the door lock Rods but that is it. This is the lever you use your finger to lock and unlock the door.

Not sure these pictures will help describe what I need but I will give it a shot.

You can probably search on “door lock mechanism”. There is a RH and LH PART. Pic of a LH ATTACHED.

I don't know if they're reproduced. Probably best to post a wanted ad here and on the other forums. You can also try Byron Fettig, he carries a bunch of original small parts and hardware.

That would be great!!! Thank you for your help.
Do you need these for Challenger or Cuda? I think They are different in that the Challengers are a 1/2” longer.
I have a pair for Challenger but only 2 Lefts for Cuda.

If for whatever reason you want just a left hand let me know.

OK, thanks DetMatt, I might take you up on that if I can't find a pair of them.

I guess I also need more part to the door lock. Is there a plastic insert or something that goes down in the arm rest that covers up all the yellow paint? What screws into these screw holes? Whatever it is I will need both left and right for my 1973 Barracuda as well.

You need the door pull cup and armrest pad. The photo shows what this pull cup, bracket and screws look like on the back of a Challenger door panel. The two large holes have a Phillips head screw that holds the pull cup area of the door panel to the door itself.

Thank you for your reply Terry! I haver the armrest pads. So now I know what I need. I need both LH and RH door lock pivots and door pull cups. Please contact me if anyone has these.

Thanks guys!

If the Cuda is similar. There's also the metal bracket as seen in my photo. Someone may have a photo of this area on a Cuda door panel.

I could be wrong but I don't think the barracuda uses this part. I have the armrest and that is used to pull the door shut. But again I am probably wrong.
