I bought this car in 1980 with 54K and drove it until 1986, when it had 67,500K, the year after my second daughter was born. The car has been stored inside my garage ever since, while I
have made some progress, I find that my schedule is to crazy to allow me to continue with the restoration. The original color is Hemi Orange, Manual 4 speed transmission, Factory upper console,
and sharkgill rocker panels. Motor is out of car (have matching numbers block and heads) and other parts. Needs someone to love her & she won't let you down. Always enjoyed driving this machine.
$17,500 or Cash IN HAND BEST OFFER. You can reach me at 724-601-3435 Car is located nw of Pittsburgh, pa. Have added copy of Build Sheet. Add Files

Is the vin a BS, BP, or BH ?

Build sheet means alot since the fender tag is missing.

In side front seats, in rear seats, above glove box, under carpet, in headliner, etc. etc. Places to find the Build sheet.

Sorry this took so long, been working a lot. I do have the build sheet. I had never taken out the rear seat before & it was right where i expected it to be. It is in one piece but very fragile & am trying to flatten it out so I can scan & copy.
I do have the title and begins with BS. The vin code is a 1970 Pymouth 'Cuda, 2-door Hardtop, 340-4v HP V8 engine & it was the 159,847 car scheduled for production at the Hamtramck, MI assembly plant.

A BS code with a BP interior? Did you install the overhead console?

The overhead console was standard in Gran Coupes, & optional on Cudas with the leatehr interior installed. The fender tag & broadcast sheet will have the interior option code being PR. On the broadcast sheet, it will have C26 on the console part of the sheet as well which is for the overhead console. There is a different interior code for the standard interior of the gran coupe which would be P6. Either way, if you have an original overhead console Cuda, thats really cool & rare. They do exist. In fact, I have 2 fender tag pictures of an AAR Cuda tags that have PR on the interior code & C26. Thats super rare being an overhead console equipped AAR. (Whats wild is one of these tags from the AAR is that its a automatic on the column & an overhead console AAR!)

Trim code is PR-X9. Build sheet did not scan/copy well. I had to go over it with a magnifier to read clearly- there are rust marks on it from the springs on the underside of the seat. Everything is readable
with good light and magnification. The trim code was also handwritten in crayon/pencil marker in large letters across the sheet. The upper console is factory and the car had black leather interior.
