I myself would call it restored when it was all redone regardless of engine..I see alot of not matching engines,,440 instead of a 318 etc..all those say restored & I think you know what is meant..Its only worth what someone will pay for it no matter what he has in it also..it cost alot to restore a car nowdays..especially labor..Also if you compare it to a camaro or most any other muscle car..31,000 cars isnt alot..Im sure weve lost 40% of them to crushers..camaros made over 200,000,roadrunners over 80k..I dont see many roadrunners either..a 70 cuda isnt rare like a hemi cuda but you sure dont see that many..do an ebay search on 70..hell do 70-74..not many online at one time, thats why they bring what they do..
Beepahh..nice looking car..good luck with the sale..
Restified..what the heck?? maybe in webster but I have never heard that word used....I restified my car??? haha..not me

National, the car is NOT restored. It is modified. If it were restored, it would have the engine it left the factory with and 14 inch wheels, not 15's.

The car is in great looking shape no doubt, but a restored car it is not. That is the bottom line.

You yourself may call it restored but you would only be fooling yourself, and others.
Don't be a fool.

You could get a N code 383 4 bbl Barracuda also. I had a 4 speed convertible 383 4 bbl car. It was to beat insurance rates. It was not a Cuda but it ran the same.

Back in my street racing days in Brooklyn NY, I remember seeing the plain looking Barracudas with flat hoods, no exhaust cutout rear valance.....and the sneaky little 383 4 barrel emblems right under the Barracuda nameplates on each fender...real sleepers.

imo, I'd say $25k because it's a base model. But if taken to Mecum you might find a collector who wants it for a collection and would go more. Good luck. It's a nice car.

Very nice! Congrats on the sale and getting more than asking price. That doesn't happen every day.
