The big stud on the middle pedal is where the spring for the clutch goes. Did you drive the car this way?

Bed Liner on the bottom, Lizard Skin on the floor, firewall, and under roof skin. As for the clutch pedal, the pedal assembly is correctly assembled. The clutch pedal over-center spring and anchor pin have been intentionally omitted as plans are currently to run a hydraulic clutch actuation system.

X2 on correct setup
Big stud in the middle is where the master cylinder rod mounts.
There are 2 different "looks" in that area between manual and power setups.

Any pics of the work you did to get the wheelhouses and the quarter wheel lips to line up? I am putting new quarters and one outer wheelhouse on my 71 Barracuda and my initial fit up shows issues with the outer fitting nicely with the original inner wheelhouse and a potential issue with the wheel openings.

Any help would be appreciated.

These are the best shots I found of the outer wheelhouse mod. Basically narrowing up the back half of the wheelhouses to better fit to the trunk floor extensions and quarter wheel openings. Cut a slit almost the full back half, just outside the wheelhouse inner/outer joint, slight pie cut towards to rear, bring together, and weld back up.

Thanks for the pics! My car looks just like yours from the back. I also did a US Car Tools chassis stiffing kit. I am putting on QA1 tubular upper control arms, 1.03 PST torsion bars, 1 1/8 front sway bar, for now a stock rear sway bar (probably will need a bigger one down the road), stiffening plates on the lower control arms, sticking with the stock k frame. I am planning to put in a rack and pinion and hydraulic clutch as well. I am planning a 408 stroker with a four speed.

My work is not quite as good as yours, but I am having a blast and getting better everyday. Your forum will really help me.

The project started with a plan to use a gen2 crate hemi, plans change sometimes. Came across a good ’74 440 truck motor, decided to build a six-pack instead. .030 over Icon 822 forged pistons, Molar rods, factory forged crank, Edelbrock 84cc E-streets, 10.25 to 1 cr, Comp Cams XE274H, TTi headers, new reissue Holley carbs.

Really great work, especially on the body repairs.
In the middle of just installing a trunk floor and bottom quarter patches. Your welding skills are definitely better then mine!
