I had this car sold but the poor guy was laid off. He came to see the car and had all kinds of enthusiasm to restore it, too bad. Anyway, here is your chance to buy it! I added more pictures and have more, just ask.

This is a 1970 Dodge Challenger that started out with a 6 cylinder engine and a manual transmission. It now has a 360 engine with the original transmission. After the frustration of this auction process I had decided to keep it and bought many more parts, but now that reality has set in, I need to concentrate on my '70 Charger and sell this one. What it's missing;

Radiator
Carburetor
Exhaust Manifolds/exhaust

Windshield
Clutch Linkage

Shifter
Front Shock Absorbers
Hood Springs

Air Cleaner

Has mutilated dash vin tag and I have information on places that may be able to help. Please note the pictures showing all of the other critical vin locations that match the clear New Mexico title. I purchased a floor console and an overhead console and they both go with the car. I also purchased some door and kick panels that are also going with the car.
Otherwise the car has most everything else. IT NEEDS A FULL RESTORATION or you can get it running as-is and have a fun "back roads" car. This is a very solid high desert car with minimal rust, not east coast rust. The body and floors and structure are VERY solid. The trunk floor had rags and a rubber mat in it that trapped water where it was stored for many years and developed holes. It also has minimal rust behind the wheel wells, nothing major at all. I tried to show as much as possible so that you can see exactly what you are getting. Body panels have minor dents and ripples and need body work before paint. It has rear shackles setup for big tires. :)
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs and arrangement. Please - no low-ball offers. This car is great for restoration. No need for any floor repairs. The car has never been repainted, as you can see it still has original color. The hood is from another car. A $500 non-refundable deposit will hold the car until you get the balance to me. I will need the balance within 7 days of our agreement otherwise the deposit is forfeited. If you are expecting to jump in and drive this then you need to go to the next car. I have described the car as best as I can, feel free to ask ANY questions, I am easy to work with.
I am in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Price: $7,500 no trades

Hi Rex and thanks! This is the first time I have listed it here so I don't believe I ever had an offer from you. It was not for sale until recently.

Very observant vette! The most frustrating experience for me. At least on this forum you get people that know mopars and not just wannabes!!! I described the car very accurately and people want a 25k car for 8k, not going to happen. I have had some real buyers pm me here and hope to have it sold soon. If not, I have no problem keeping it. It is a SOLID southwest car, not like some rust buckets I have seen. I encourage ANYBODY to come out and see it to verify that it is very solid.

If it sells it sells, if not stays in storage. This is a very solid car and I make no claims that it is an R/T.....it'll make somebody a nice project. Not to mention my car is unmolested. Restore it your way, no need to repair anyone elses "fixes".
