1970 Challenger standard steering wheel center

I've seen in most pictures that there is an outlining of the 3 spoke center steering wheel cover and the horn button, painted white. Some pictures of steering wheels don't have the white outline. Which is correct? If the white outline is correct, would the white be the same as the white interior paint as say Herb's interior Mopar white paint?
