I'm guessing $75-125 if it's a single box. And UPS will probably be cheaper than USPS. It really shoots up if it becomes oversized, so strive to keep it under.
Oversized Package:
* up to 108-inchs longest box dimension
* up to 168-inches longest length + girth
To box two bumpers may be around 70-inches, plus a foot square is 70 + 12 + 12 + 12 + 12 = 118. so maybe NOT oversized. Lots of bubble wrap, the larger kind with bubbles the size of quarters.
i can;t find shipping that cheap went on line the cheapest i could find would be through fedex in 2 separate boxs $ 402 bumpers weight 40 pounds together packaging has to be 5 lbs + and the longest bumper is 72 inchs the front bumper is pointed in the middle it takes up more room so 1 box would be 75 inch long 16 ' wide 12' tall if anyone knows how to ship this cheaper let me know thanks ps greyhound does;t do packages anymore
Wait until after the new year. My estimator shows about $275 per 25# bumper at box dimension 75 x 16 x 12.
$90 UPS Ground
$85 Large Package Surcharge
$100 Large Seasonal Package Surcharge
Right now, you pay extra for christmas-time shipping. But check this out, box them together, for a projected box dimension of 75 x 16 x 16 at 50# and after new years, I estimate $200:
start looking for the box(es), now, though. UPS stores have a pretty good selection. You want a one-piece box, not one taped and cobbled together. And large enough to hold the bumpers wrapped in bubble wrap.
